Walking with the Winter Wonderettes!

Maria spent her 2023 holiday season at Gulfshore Playhouse, down in sunny Naples, Florida! She had the privilege of understudying Cindy Lou + Betty Jean in Roger Bean’s The Winter Wonderettes. One of the best parts about this contract (other than going to the beach and working alongside kind, talented artists everyday) was spending it with her college best friend, Hannah Truman, who understudied the other two Wonderettes. Hannah and Maria grew immensely through this experience, while soaking up some much needed rays and singing intricate harmonies to all their favorite Christmas tunes! It was Maria’s privilege and pleasure being under the direction of Dann Dunn and Trevor Pierce. Certainly an unforgettable contract.
